The staff's exceptional attention to detail was evident when they went out of their way to return a piece of jewellery I had forgotten in my room-a gesture that truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. the ironing facilities provided were top-notch, ensuring that my garments were pristine for all my cultural tours around Hanoi. the room's air conditioning was a welcome respite from the city's summer heat, creating a cool and comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploration. the sitting area in the room was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly cozy, perfect for relaxing with a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea while enjoying the view of the bustling streets below. the soundproofed rooms allowed me to retreat into peaceful tranquility, shielding me from the vibrant sounds of the city outside. the terrace, a hidden gem, provided a serene spot to unwind and take in the sights and sounds of Hanoi. Overall, View Legend's meticulous attention to detail and impeccable amenities made my cultural tour experience truly unforgettable-I cannot wait to return and create more cherished memories in this exceptional hotel.
